Dexxxon guarantees that every EMTEC product will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship.
Under normal operating conditions, EMTEC is committing, in its sole discretion, to replace or repair the defective product.
To obtain warranty service, please direct the defective product to the retailer from which you purchased the product. Return policies vary per retailer.
The warranty for any EMTEC product applies only to the original consumer/purchaser and to no other purchaser or transferee.
The warranty period is between 1 year and 5 years depending on the product. The individual warranty period for each product is defined on the EMTEC website (www.emtecelectronics.com).
The warranty period begins the day on which the product is purchased by the end-user at the retailer (date on the purchase receipt).
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale, invoice or sales receipt which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear or to damage resulting from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident.
This exclusion also denotes that cosmetic damages such as scratches, scuffs or cracks that are not detrimental to the proper function of the device are not covered by warranty.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear or accidental damage to the accessories to the product, which include key chains, beaded chains, lanyards, batteries, cables, etc.
The correct usage of the product is described on the product packaging and/or in the product manuals and/or on the EMTEC website (www.emtecelectronics.com).
In any case Dexxxon will not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, however caused, for breach of warranty or otherwise and will not be liable for the loss of data, software or any other information stored on the product.
Dexxxon secures the warranty of good functionality of the entire EMTEC product range through its network of distribution partners and resellers. The detailed way of applying the warranty may vary for each retailer (exchange, refund, repair).
