Simon Garneau joined Dexxxon/EMTEC as President in 2005. Simon started his career with IBM and left after 14 years as Vice President. He then became CEO of ISI Inc., where the company offered solutions for property and casualty insurance. More recently he was President of a division at NCS Pearson, specializing in data collection applications.

Simon has an extensive executive leadership background coupled with strategic planning, operations, and organizational development. He has many years of experience relating to sales and marketing and has had great success in development of strategic business alliances.

Simon holds a BSC in Engineering Physics and enjoys golf, motorcycling and yoga.

Dave Burke has been with Dexxxon/EMTEC since 1999. In his current role, he oversees the company's operations in Finance, Logistics and Information Technology. 

Prior to joining Dexxxon/EMTEC, Dave worked as Controller of a publicly held company serving the Telecommunication Industry.  He started his career in public accounting as an auditor for the firm KPMG. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and the American Institute of CPA's.  

Dave holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Toledo and obtained his CPA license. Dave enjoys running, golfing, reading and attending sporting events and concerts with friends and family.

Tim Hambleton joined Dexxxon/EMTEC in 1999. Tim has experience in Supply Chain and Logistics. In 2004 he was promoted from Senior Buyer to Product Marketing Manager.

In his current role Tim is responsible for managing the relationships with EMTEC's domestic and international partners and works closely with EMTEC's Worldwide Product Management team based in Paris, France. He is responsible for product development, maintenance and product delivery. Tim also works closely with the U.S. sales team, managing customer forecasts, pricing and development of private label products.

Tim attended The Ohio State University where he graduated with his BA from the College of Arts and Sciences. In his spare time, Tim likes to relax with family and friends. He also enjoys music, literature and travel.

Matthew brings to Dexxxon/EMTEC a background in project management, systems development, e-business, network/telecom infrastructure, process improvement and automation. He has devoted significant effort to enhancement of systems related to logistics, pricing & programs, electronic commerce, and data warehousing.

Matthew joined Dexxxon/EMTEC in 2000 as Manager of Infrastructure and Connectivity with responsibility to manage and maintain the network and computer assets of the company. In 2003, Matt was promoted to Information Technology Manager where he remains today. In his current role, he has responsibility for the management and development of business systems and related infrastructure.

Prior to joining Dexxxon/EMTEC, Matthew worked in a similar capacity at The Ohio State University and one of the largest commercial construction companies in Ohio, The Quandel Group.

Matthew attended The Ohio State University where he obtained his BS from the College of Engineering. He later obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Otterbein College with emphasis on E-Business Technologies. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys spending time with family.
